Tuck Pointing – Waukesha

Located in Hartford, WI, this project involved a combination of tuckpointing and chimney crown replacement to restore both the appearance and structural integrity of the chimney. The mortar joints had begun to crumble and the existing crown was cracked, allowing moisture to penetrate the masonry and cause deterioration over time.

Our Fox River crew carefully ground out the failing mortar and applied fresh, color-matched mortar to all affected joints for a seamless repair. We then removed the damaged crown and poured a new reinforced concrete crown with proper slope and overhang to direct water away from the chimney.

These repairs not only stabilized the structure but also renewed the look of the chimney, ensuring long-lasting protection and a clean, finished appearance for the home.
