Masonry Chimney Rebuild – West Allis, WI

As part of a larger exterior restoration in West Allis, WI, this project involved addressing structural and weatherproofing concerns with two chimneys.

• Chimney #1 received a new sealed crown coat to prevent water intrusion along with new flashing at the roofline.
• Chimney #2 was structurally compromised and required a full rebuild. We carefully dismantled and reconstructed it with matching masonry materials and finished with new flashing for a watertight seal.

In addition to the chimney work, the project also included a full roof replacement and a new gutter system—enhancements that will protect the home for years to come.
