Siding Replacement – Germantown, WI

This project involved a full rebuild of the home’s wood chase in Germantown. After removing the existing siding, our team uncovered extensive rot throughout the underlying OSB sheathing, including areas damaged and obstructed by bird holes. All rotten material was removed and rebuilt, and we constructed a new wood crown to restore structural integrity and proper water management. The chase was then resided with LP SmartSide for long-lasting durability, and a new custom chase cover was installed to protect the top of the structure from future moisture issues. The final result is a clean, sturdy, and fully protected chase.
