Siding Replacement – East Troy, WI

This project involved a full exterior update on the home’s chimney in East Troy. We removed the old shake siding and discovered extensive rotten wood throughout the wood chase. All damaged material was replaced, and our team rebuilt the wood crown to restore proper structure and water management. The chimney was then resided with LP SmartSide primed shakes, with the homeowner planning to handle painting afterward. We also installed new wood chase flashings and a custom chase cover to protect the top of the structure from future moisture issues. The finished chimney is solid, refreshed, and safe.
