Chimney Crown Replacement – Waukesha

Located in Waukesha, WI, this project focused on replacing a cracked and failing chimney crown to stop water infiltration and preserve the integrity of the masonry below. Over time, the original crown had weathered and begun to crumble, allowing moisture to seep into the brickwork.

The Fox River team removed the damaged crown, prepped the chimney top, and installed a new poured concrete crown with a proper slope and drip edges for efficient water runoff. Once cured, the crown was sealed to ensure long-term protection against future weathering.

This upgrade not only restored the chimney’s structure and function but also enhanced its appearance, providing a clean, durable finish built to last.
