Wood Chase Rebuild – Germantown, WI

Located in Germantown, WI, this project involved rebuilding a rotted wood chimney chase to restore both structural integrity and protection from the elements. The existing chase had suffered from prolonged water exposure, causing wood rot and deterioration that compromised the chimney’s stability.

Our Fox River team carefully removed the damaged wood, repaired any underlying framing as needed, and rebuilt the chase using treated lumber for long-lasting strength. Once the wood structure was rebuilt, a custom metal chase cover was installed to seal the top and prevent future water intrusion.

This repair not only restored the chimney’s function and durability but also improved its appearance, ensuring reliable protection and a clean finish for the home.
