Chase Covers – Delafield, WI

This project included a wood crown rebuild to restore the structural integrity of the chimney and ensure proper water runoff. Our team replaced deteriorated materials and reconstructed the crown to provide a solid, durable foundation.

To complete the repair, a custom-fit chase cover was installed to seal the top of the chimney chase, protecting it from rain, snow, and debris. These upgrades improve long-term durability and help prevent moisture-related damage while maintaining a clean, finished appearance.
