This project included a full chimney chase rebuild after water damage was discovered from long-term moisture intrusion. Damaged framing, trim, and exterior materials were removed and replaced with new pressure-treated framing and exterior-grade finishes.

New chimney flashing and a chimney chase cover were installed to properly shed water and prevent future leaks. The rebuild restored the structural integrity of the chase and improved long-term durability and protection.
