Chimney Flashing – Waterford, WI

This project centered on replacing failed chimney flashing that was allowing water to enter the chimney chase. Properly integrated flashing was installed to create a watertight seal between the roof and chimney.

During the project, necessary repairs to the chimney chase were completed, including replacement of moisture-damaged framing and trim. A new chimney chase cover was also installed to provide added protection and help prevent future leaks.
