Chase Covers – Mukwonago, WI

Fox River Home Improvements completed a chase cover replacement and chimney improvement project in Mukwonago, WI, providing this home with better protection against moisture and Wisconsin’s changing weather.

Our team rebuilt the deteriorated wood crown to improve water drainage and wrapped it in aluminum trim for a clean, durable, and maintenance-free finish. We then installed a custom-fabricated steel chase cover, along with proper sealing and a new storm collar to help keep rain, snow, and moisture from entering the chimney system.

An insulation box-out was also installed around the flue piping to maintain proper clearances and improve overall chimney safety and performance.

With these upgrades complete, this Mukwonago home now has a stronger, better-protected chimney system designed for long-lasting performance and reduced maintenance.
