Chimney Flashing – Hartford, WI

We recently completed a full exterior upgrade for a homeowner in Hartford, WI, which included a full tear-off and roof replacement. During our inspection, we found deteriorated roof decking that needed attention—our team removed and replaced the damaged sections with custom-cut decking to ensure a solid nailing surface for the new roof. We also discovered worn metal flashing at the base of the chimney, which was prone to water penetration, and replaced it with brand-new flashing to prevent future leaks. As part of the project, we repaired sections of the soffit and fascia, restoring both function and appearance to the roofline. We then installed a new roof using Owens Corning shingles in the color Onyx Black, delivering a sleek, durable finish. To complete the upgrade, we installed new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts, improving water management and protecting the home’s foundation.
