Chase Cover Replacement – Wales, WI

Measured and custom-fabricated a new enameled steel chimney chase cover. Removed the existing cover, inspected and replaced any rotten wood as needed, reinstalled the flue cap, and fitted the new chase cover with a storm collar, sealing all joints.

Rebuilt the wooden chimney crown to improve water runoff and extended the drip edge away from the chase, replacing any deteriorated wood.

Wrapped the chimney crown in aluminium trim to eliminate future painting or staining, with all areas caulked and sealed as required.
