Chase Covers – Waterford, WI

This project focused on installing a new chimney chase cover to protect the chimney from ongoing water intrusion. During the project, repairs to the chimney chase were completed, including replacement of damaged framing and trim caused by moisture exposure.

New chimney flashing was installed and properly integrated to create a fully sealed, watertight system. The updated chase cover now provides long-term protection while helping prevent future water damage to the chimney structure.
