Chimney Flashing – Germantown, WI

This project involved multiple chimney repairs and protective upgrades designed to restore structural integrity and improve long-term weather resistance. Our team completed a partial wood chase rebuild to repair damaged framing and provide a solid foundation for the chimney system.

A new crown trim wrap was installed to protect exposed wood components from moisture and prevent future deterioration, while a custom-fit chase cover was added to fully seal the top of the chimney chase from rain, snow, and debris. To further enhance water management, we installed chimney cricket flashing to properly divert water away from the back side of the chimney, reducing the risk of pooling and leaks.

Together, these improvements strengthen the chimney structure, enhance durability, and provide reliable protection against Wisconsin’s harsh weather conditions while giving the chimney a clean, finished appearance.
