Chimney Flashing – Sussex, WI

This Sussex, WI project involved replacing rusted chimney flashing on a wood chase that was allowing moisture to enter the roof system. We removed the compromised metal flashing and installed new, rust-resistant flashing and counterflashing, properly woven into the existing roofing materials. The completed repair restored a secure, watertight seal at the chimney and helped protect the wood chase and surrounding roof structure from future water damage and rot.
