Located in Waukesha, WI, this project addressed a chimney flashing repair to stop minor leaks and prevent future water damage. The existing flashing had started to pull away from the brickwork, creating small gaps where moisture could enter during heavy rain.

The Fox River team removed the failing materials and installed new, properly fitted metal flashing, ensuring a tight seal where the chimney meets the roof. All edges were secured and sealed to provide lasting waterproof protection.
