While completing siding repairs, Fox River discovered deteriorated roofing materials in a select area that required replacement to help prevent future moisture damage. The affected shingles were removed and replaced with matching shingles to blend seamlessly with the existing roof. Ice and water barrier was installed beneath the repaired section for added protection against leaks and rot, along with new proper flashing to help direct water away from vulnerable areas and create a more weather-tight system.
