Roof Replacement – Waukesha, WI

This Waukesha homeowner reached out in need of a full roof replacement. To support their decision-making process, Fox Den Design provided 3D rendering services to help them visualize how different shingle colors would pair with their home’s exterior. After reviewing several options, the homeowners selected Owens Corning Teak—a warm, rich tone that enhances curb appeal and complements the existing siding beautifully.

In addition to the roof replacement, we installed new gutters and downspouts to ensure effective water management and long-term protection against moisture damage.

During our inspection, we identified problem areas around the chimney that required attention. As part of the project, we:

Rebuilt the chimney crown

Installed a chimney cricket flashing to properly divert water away from the back of the chimney

Rebuilt the firebox, removing and replacing damaged brick

Removed an outdated exterior metal vent and sealed the opening with matching brickwork

What started as a single project quickly grew into a more comprehensive renovation.
