Fox River completed a full exterior repair and restoration project on this home in New Berlin, WI. The scope of work included the removal and replacement of rotten wood, damaged fascia, and sections of LP SmartSide siding. Our team removed all deteriorated wood and inspected affected areas thoroughly before replacing them with new materials. Fascia boards were replaced, rafter tails were inspected, and all joints were sealed with caulk. We removed select siding and trim to inspect for underlying damage, installed new insulation where needed, and wrapped all exposed areas with Tyvek and taped seams for proper weatherproofing. At the roof line, siding was cut back to install new trim boards with correct spacing from the shingles. Ice and water shield was applied where necessary, and all new trim was caulked and sealed. All debris was cleaned up and removed from the site. The homeowner supplied the paint and stain for final finishing.
