Roof Replacement – Big Bend, WI

This East Troy roof replacement required extensive work due to visible signs of damage. During our initial inspection, we noticed the shingles appeared warped and the roof surface was uneven—strong indicators of underlying water damage.
Once we began the tear-off process, we confirmed our suspicions and discovered several rotten deck boards that needed to be replaced to restore structural integrity.

To improve attic ventilation, we installed roofline intake vents above the gutter line, allowing for better airflow beneath the roof and up to the upper vents.

The homeowner chose Owens Corning shingles in the color Onyx Black, which not only provide durability but also give the home a sleek, modern look.
Previously, the home had no gutter system in place. As part of the upgrade, we installed new gutters and downspouts to manage water flow and protect the home’s foundation from future water damage.
