Located in Muskego, WI, this project involved the replacement of a deteriorated chimney chase cover to restore proper protection and prevent water intrusion. The existing metal cover had begun to rust and warp, allowing moisture to enter the chimney chase and cause staining and minor wood damage.

Our Fox River crew removed the old cover and installed a new, custom-fabricated stainless steel chase cover designed to fit perfectly and provide long-term durability. The new cover features cross breaks for water runoff and a raised collar around the flue to ensure proper drainage.

With the new chase cover in place, the chimney is now fully sealed from the elements—offering lasting protection, improved appearance, and peace of mind for the homeowner

watertight, and ready to withstand Wisconsin’s harsh seasonal weather for years to come.
