Located in Mukwonago, WI, this project involved replacing a rusted and deteriorating chimney chase cover to protect the chimney structure from further weather damage. The old metal cover had begun to corrode and sag, allowing water to collect and seep into the chase below.

Our Fox River team removed the failing cover and installed a custom-fabricated stainless steel chase cover, built to fit precisely and provide long-term protection. The new cover features raised flue collars and cross breaks for proper drainage, preventing standing water and future rust.

With the new chase cover in place, the chimney is now fully sealed, watertight, and ready to withstand Wisconsin’s harsh seasonal weather for years to come.
