Located in Richfield, WI, this project involved updating the chimney flashing to prevent leaks and preserve the integrity of the roof system. The original flashing had begun to rust and pull away from the brick, creating gaps where water could enter.

The Fox River team removed the damaged flashing and installed new, precision-fit metal flashing designed to tightly seal the base of the chimney. All seams were carefully secured and waterproofed to ensure long-term protection against the elements.
