Located in Waukesha, WI, this project focused on replacing and upgrading the chimney flashing to eliminate leaks and strengthen the roof-to-chimney connection. The existing flashing showed signs of corrosion and separation, allowing water to seep into the surrounding roof deck.

Our Fox River crew removed the old materials and installed new, custom-fabricated metal flashing to ensure a precise, watertight fit. Each joint was sealed and finished for both durability and a clean, professional appearance.

With the new flashing installed, this home is now better protected from future water damage and ready to withstand Wisconsin’s changing weather conditions.
