Chimney Flashing – Milwaukee, WI

This project included a full roof replacement followed by the installation of new chimney flashing to ensure complete, long-term protection against water intrusion. The existing roofing system was removed and replaced with new materials designed to improve durability, weather resistance, and overall performance.

After the new roof was installed, our team completed a chimney flashing replacement to properly integrate the chimney with the updated roofing system. The new flashing was carefully fitted and sealed to create a watertight barrier, preventing moisture from entering one of the most vulnerable areas of the roof.

By completing the roof replacement prior to installing the flashing, we ensured a seamless connection between materials, improving both the longevity and reliability of the entire roofing and chimney system while enhancing the home’s overall appearance.
